- Requirement: Valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Apple products must have intact factory seals to be eligible for return.

- Opened software, movies, music, and games
- Personalized or custom-configured products
- Gift cards and downloadable software
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
Defective items are covered under warranty and not subject to these restrictions.

- Issued to original payment method
- Excludes original shipping fees
