1.Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Requirement: Valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Apple products must have intact factory seals to be eligible for return.

  2. Wait for approval - our team will respond within 24 hours
  3. Package securely using the original packaging

3.Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software, movies, music, and games
  • Personalized or custom-configured products
  • Gift cards and downloadable software
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"

Defective items are covered under warranty and not subject to these restrictions.

4.Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Excludes original shipping fees

Exchanges

  • Subject to product availability
  • Processed after return is received
  • Price differences will be adjusted

5.Shipping & Fees

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective
  • Recommended: Use trackable shipping method
  • Refund reduced if item returned used or damaged
